This is the third of the prints examining the islands of Lakeland. Featuring a larger holme in Ullswater, this print will be first exhibited at the Lake Artists Society exhibition in August.
The Lake Artists Society was founded 1904 and comprises a varied and vibrant group of 45 artists living in Cumbria. I was elected to the society in 2024 and this will be the first time I shall be showing my work as a member – quite an honour! I will have five etching and drypoint etchings on display, all new work being exhibited in Cumbria for the first time.
